The FG Basic kit allows for an economical switching to this new top-of-the-line offroad competition car!

At the beginning of this year FG entered the German 1:6 Off-Road Cup 2010 with 3 Leopard prototypes and finally placed second, forth and fifth in the overall result. This excellent result proves definitely that the Leopard 2 has the genes of a winner. Because the Leopard 2 was designed in competitions for competitions.

The milled chassis parts made of high-quality aluminium are built on an angled aluminium
chassis stiffened by carbon fibre rods. All chassis components are easy accessible and quick replaceable. The chassis construction allows a lot of adjustments which are very important during Off-Road races according to the permanently changing road surface. Differential gear at the rear axle, FG ball drive, supporting chassis parts made of high-strength aluminium, completely ball-beared, large-volume oil-pressure shock absorbers with tender spring at the rear axle, 700ml fuel tank with snap closure, visually attractive polycarbonate bodyshell and further top-quality parts convert the Leopard into a full-blooded competition model.

For the final assembly you need further: radio control system (transmitter, receiver), 2 large servos for steering (approx. 20-30kg), 1 servo for gas/ rear brake, 1 servo for the front brake
(approx. 15 kg), batteries and charger. We deliver the Leopard 2 as kit including mounting instruction.
